Poclain’s Pondicherry plant has once again been honored with the Caterpillar Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) Award, this time for the 10th consecutive year. This remarkable milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Poclain in India : a Decade of Operational Excellence

This award is the result of rigorous evaluations across key performance areas including product quality, cost efficiency, supply chain velocity, development processes, and management systems. Our continuous quality improvement initiatives, traceability, employee engagement and leadership development, enabled us to consistently meet Caterpillar’s expectations.
