OUR ENVIRONMENTAL AMBITIONS & OBJECTIVES FOR 2030
CLIMATE CHANGE
We support the objectives of COP21 (Paris agreement) to limit temperature increase by 1,5°C in 2050, and we are committed to the SBTi* program (“committed” status) to obtain the validation of our ambitions and our plan to reduce C02 emissions by 2025.

- Reduce our absolute scope 1 and 2 emissions by at least 40% by 2030 vs. 2022
- Reduce scope 3 emissions per operating hour by 10% on average by 2030 vs. 2022

- Contribute to our customers' substitution of transmissions powered by fossil fuels with transmissions based on electrical energy and develop a range of electric or electro-hydraulic transmission solutions and components compatible with these solutions

WATER
We are concerned by the reducing accessibility to fresh water which is directly essential to all living beings. Our company culture is to act locally and have positive impact on local community.
As such we want to implement actions to drastically reduce our water consumption and to reduce the risk of water pollution from our operations.

- Absolute reduction of water withdrawal from our sites located in areas experiencing water stress by 30% by 2030
- Absolute reduction of water withdrawal in the Group by 15% by 2030
- Reduce water withdrawal per unit produced by 30% by 2030
- Absolute reduction of water withdrawal from our supply chain by 10% by 2030 vs 2022
- Eliminate all water pollution risks linked to our activities by 2030
- 100% of our industrial sites are ISO 14001 - Environmental management certified by 2026 (or at the latest 3 years after the start of their activity)
CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Preserving the environment also requires careful management of resources, whether they are renewable or not. To do this, we are committed to deploying recognized good design management practices and promote eco-design practices.
Our LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) studies demonstrate that circularity has numerous environmental benefits: Reduction in the consumption of non-renewable resources, reduction in energy needs, reduction in CO2 emissions.
Beyond material recycling, we also wish to capitalize on our first remanufacturing experiences and actively contribute to the emergence of a viable circular ecosystem.

- 70% recycled material rate (by mass) in our inputs by 2030
POLLUTION
We are concerned about the health of our customers, employees and the ecosystem in general. We believe that our products, waste and activities should not present any risks to living beings who may come into contact.
To do this, we scrupulously ensure that we comply with regulations relating to pollution and substances recognized as harmful.
