We support you with any technical issue related to Poclain Hydraulics products.
For each issue we assign a technical team member to answer your questions by phone or video call, to ensure you feel supported at every turn until your issue is resolved:
- Diagnostics of your issue with a Poclain Hydraulics product
- Product identification by offering 2D spare parts drawing and directing you to the closest customer spare parts agent
- Basic repair documentation or cut view
- Basic support with assembly process including tools needed
- Physically intervention at the customer (SAT diagnostic, dis/assembly of the Poclain Hydraulics product..)
- Motor analysis at customer location, identification of the root cause and the spare parts needs
- Replacement of old product with a new solution
- Special material analysis requests
