Poclain and TDC: Elevating Repair Standards in Ukraine

With Poclain's certification, TDC has improved its repair quality. TDC will present its products at the Bauma Trade Fair in Munich in April 2025. 

TDC is a major player in the repair and maintenance of construction, agricultural, municipal, and handling equipment from leading global manufacturers in Ukraine, which boasts a network of 7 entities in the country. 

TDC stands out for its ability to offer comprehensive and high-quality solutions. In addition to the repair activities, TDC also sales spare parts and accessories for equipment, and manufactures machines such as skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, graders, track loaders, and telehandlers.  

The company produces attachments for its machines, and although it primarily sells to the Ukrainian market, it aims to export its products to Europe. For the first time, TDC will be presented at the international Bauma Trade Fair in Munich in April 2025, where it will showcase its loaders and attachments of its own production. 

An Impressive Central Repair Hub 

TDC boasts impressive production and repair capacities. With a new assembly workshop for loaders and recent reorganization of their machining shop, they managed to reach a production capacity of up to 50 units per year, with plans to double this capacity next year. 

In terms of repair activities, TDC's central repair hub in Brovary has completed repairs on more than 130 units of equipment from various brands in 2024 alone. They have also repaired over 150 units of hydraulic equipment, such as hydraulic motors, pumps, and distributors. 

The Brovary facility, certified by Poclain, spans over 400 square meters and employs a dedicated team of four people in the repair unit. This facility is a key asset for TDC, allowing them to provide high-quality and efficient repair services. 

Partnering with Poclain: A Milestone in Quality 

TDC began collaborating with Poclain in 2016 by purchasing spare parts. A few years later, they decide to become a certified Poclain Repair Centre, as this certification would allow them to offer high-quality repairs on Poclain products. Since 2019, TDC has been certified for the repair of Poclain MS and MK motors. 

Mykola Diedov, owner of TDC Group, explains, "First, we set up a completely new hydraulic repair unit that met Poclain standards and requirements. Second, we received training in Brno, which covered both theory and practice. It was very interesting and informative for us." 

Recently, TDC followed another training at the Poclain Spilamberto plant in Italy. "It was very valuable for us. Training is always great, and when it is training with such a big company and experienced professionals, it is doubly great. We came out with a wealth of knowledge, for which we are sincerely grateful to Poclain," says Mykola. 

The certification process was a significant milestone for TDC : the collaboration with Poclain has brought numerous advantages to TDC. "From the perspective of ensuring the high quality of ou work, cooperation with Poclain was a breaktrough for our company. The partnership with Poclain has brought TDC product quality, spare parts quality, and service quality". 

TDC's Future: Certification Goals and International Presence 

Looking ahead, TDC has ambitious plans for the future. One of their primary goals is to obtain Poclain certification for other repair centers in Ukraine to offer high-quality repair services across more locations, further solidifying their reputation as a leader in the country. 

In addition, TDC is set to make its debut at the international Bauma Trade Fair in Munich from April 7 to 13, 2025. This recognized event will provide TDC with an excellent platform to showcase their loaders and attachments to a global audience, creating new opportunities for export and international partnerships.
