POCLAIN HYDRAULICS CHINA ANNUAL MEETING 2022

Having our annual meeting is a tradition at Poclain Hydraulics China to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Each year Poclain Hydraulics China kicks off the year with a team meeting. This year they are celebrating the 20th anniversary. China is a growing and dynamic market, and Poclain Hydraulics China has made some impressive achievements in the past 20 years.

• 1 plant in Shanghai, 2 sales offices in Beijing and Qingdao, 4 CRCs to cover all aftersales within China.
• Headcount has increased 250% since its inception in 2002.
• The Shanghai plant is the only facility that runs three lines – motors, pumps and valves. We started to produce pumps in 3Q of 2015, and motors in 3Q of 2017

China main achievements in 2021

• ZERO Accidents for more than 600 days                   
• Local assembling shipped: Motors pieces 73% up, and pump pieces 91% up
• Pump test bench and bearing support line installation and commissioning successfully under remote support from sister plants
• LEAN projects started. Several KAIZEN under way, line balance, time to market, etc.

Distance was not a problem to receive greetings from Verberie and other sister subsidiaries. We connected with each other by teams in a live celebration!
