Analyzes the past issues on similar products to avoid recurrences (RETEX- NEVER AGAIN approach)
Defines the quality targets in accordance with Customers and Poclain targets.
Participates in concept reviews, ensuring that KS (Knowledge Standards) are accounted for
Participates in Design and Process risk analysis to ensure that risks are addressed.



Validates production readiness through the run at rate methodology.
Establishes customer PPAP when required.
Establishes project lessons learned from project.

Be the leader for customer audit

BS degree in engineering, with manufacturing environment background
Experience with RMA, Corrective Actions and Warranty
