As the primary ambassador of our brand in the territory, you’ll develop and manage strong relationships with customers and distributor partners while identifying new business opportunities aligned with our strategic goals.
This is your chance to make an impact — driving sales, building long-term partnerships, and delivering value to a diverse customer base in the fluid power and mobile equipment industries.
What You Will Do:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and distributor partners.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans.
- Qualify leads, prospect new accounts, and develop tailored solutions with our technical teams.
- Conduct negotiations, develop proposals, and close sales in alignment with our pricing and margin guidelines.
- Manage distributor relationships through joint visits, training support, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers — ensuring satisfaction and resolving challenges in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare forecasts, maintain CRM records, and report on market insights and sales performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Location: Must reside in GA, AL, SC, FL
- Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time
- Must possess a passport for international travel
- Must possess a valid driver's license and an automobile (car allowance and mileage reimbursement are available)
Experience & Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Agricultural, Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven commercial sales experience in fluid power systems, automotive, hydraulics or equipment
sales, ideally with distributor/channel partner management experience.
- Strong technical aptitude - able to understand and articulate complex applications & solutions.
- Knowledge of the off-road, industrial, or equipment markets and customer dynamics is required
- Strong understanding of strategic selling and advanced sales techniques and methodologies is required.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - able to clearly present ideas and proposals
- Excellent interpersonal skills - comfortable interacting with all levels of customer organizations
- Exceptional customer relationship management and service mindset
- Advanced negotiation and strategic thinking skills
- Self starter who thrives in an independent, results-driven environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to ongoing learning & professional growth
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and balance multiple customer accounts and initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Comfort with virtual collaboration tools and digital customer engagement
