POCLAIN Group has acquired a controlling 51% ownership of EMSISO. Common vision of two companies will enable EMSISO to accelerate development of innovative solutions in electro-mobility and complement POCLAIN’s portfolio with differentiating electro-mobility solutions.

EMSISO with its emDrive® product portfolio and customized products is to electrify POCLAIN’s hydraulic solutions in on and off-highway markets. 
 

Synergy of two companies will offer customers differentiating electro and electro-hydraulic systems that will reduce carbon emissions. POCLAIN with its strong background and global establishment supporting EMSISO by providing access to global projects, greater resources, and new markets.
